About Tamara

Tamara is a Chicago-based actor, born and raised in the northwest suburbs. She got hooked on acting in high school once she was cast in her first play, "Peer Gynt", and has been performing ever since.

Tamara graduated summa cum laude from Butler University with a B.A. in Theatre as well as minors in Vocal Performance and English Literature.

She is SAG-Eligible and is represented by DreamTeam Talent Agency and The Talent Networks (Chicago/Milwaukee), Talent Fusion (Indianapolis), Heyman Talent (Ohio/Kentucky) and Wink Talent (Michigan). Tamara is also a supplemental chorister with the Grant Park Music Festival Chorus.

Tamara enjoys traveling, playing piano, gardening (especially growing heirloom and native plants), trying new recipes and restaurants, drinking LOTS of good coffee, and swing dancing with her husband, Arturo.
